My big sister shared this picture with me today and it caused me to take pause and appreciate the people and situations in my life. I hope it proves helpful to you in some way as well.

It’s funny how we can get so caught up on where we want to be, that we forget to take time to appreciate the journey we experience along the way. I can certainly attest to this in my own life, especially during challenging  times.

It’s no secret that the many transitions in our lives have their ups and downs. But what I can honestly say that I am thankful for, is the fact that just when I might be questioning whether or not I’m making the right decisions, or when I might feel that I might be at my wit’s end, something will happen that re-energizes me and reminds me to appreciate the process.

It’s not always about where we end up. Sometimes It’s important to appreciate the things that happen along the way. I’m learning to appreciate the struggle.

Grace & Peace,
