I’ve had this song on repeat a lot lately. Today’s brief note is in recognition of the fact that sometimes, we all need to seek out support.

It’s an acknowledgement that sometimes it can be hard to respond in love, even though it is the right thing to do.

It honors the very idea that sometimes the troubles of the world and society can become so overwhelming, that our capacity to love, becomes in need of some love and support.
