In honor of Social Work Month, my colleague Rachel L. West, MSW, LMSW from The Political Social Worker recently published a list of 7 great Social Workers to Follow on Twitter. I’m honored to have been included among the other great people featured in the list.

Don’t you just love Twitter?  It gives you the chance to connect with others from around the world and to keep up with news stories.

I predominantly use Twitter for professional purposes, which means I mostly follow social workers, politicians and social justice activists.  Below is a list of the 7 best social workers on Twitter to follow.  I based this list on activity (those that tweet frequently) and the quality of their tweets (informative content that you can learn something from).
