New Jetpack Update Makes Connecting with (N.A.H.) on Twitter Easier

The most recent update from Jetpack introduced a new Twitter Timeline Widget that I believe will make it much easier to connect with Notes from an Aspiring Humanitarian via Twitter.

I’ve placed widgets for my twitter handles in my sidebar, as well as the footer section at the bottom of my pages.

Not only does this new timeline update display tweets in real-time, but it also enables you to be able to reply to, favorite, or retweet the tweets which are already being displayed, or send tweets directly if you’d like to connect or share a comment about a note.

I’m sure that other blogging platforms may have some other form of this twitter widget available, but if you have your own blog through the wordpress platform and would like to create and embed your own twitter widget, visit the link below to find the tutorial.

Grace & Peace,

From Aspiring Humanitarian, Relando Thompkins, MSW

I'm a Social Justice Educator and Aspiring Humanitarian who is interested in conflict resolution, improving intergroup relations, and building more equitable and inclusive communities. "Notes from an Aspiring Humanitarian" is my blog, where I write about issues of diversity, inclusion, equity, and social justice. By exploring social identities through written word, film & video, and other forms of media, I hope to continue to expand and enrich conversations about social issues that face our society, and to find ways to take social action while encouraging others to do so as well in their own ways.
